Bikram Das graduated from the Government College of Arts and Crafts,Kolkata. He received the National prize and scholarship from the Government of India. Childhood memories are the prime subject of his work so far. A prop for playing like cubes,paper rockets, kites and balloons were the main character of his works. He always tried to work on the mechanical prop of the rockets and planes. He further added a human dimension to these works to make them more expressive and relatable
